Red rice...... Try not to be surprising when I'm saying that, that's not the brown rice but just an ordinary white rice. . . .
In this rice, some traditional red vinasse had been added while cooking the rice. Some seaweeds were added too to bring out and create rich flavour.
For the rice part, actually it was a fried rice, some squids, onion and garlic were added in but not the egg. Because this will make the rice become roughly looks.... ( i don't like it -.- )

Upper right - Obviously it was a vege -.-"
Surprising this dishes didn't taste as heavy as you all thought. Because i reduced most of seasoning ingredient like salts, peppers n bla bla bla~ ~
I used the most original flavour from chicken and toufu and of cause tiny little pinchy of salt or else it definitely will be tasteless...
